Iris+ Updated firmware and RC setting all gone, pls help!

Dear All,

I have just purchase a Resale Iris+ system and i went to update my iris on the Mission Planner Wizard…to the latest firmware thinking like any technology…but straight after my update, my Radio Controller information is completely wipeout.

Turn on and right away i can notice there is no connection.

I try to Bind the controller watching the Youtube channel from 3DR but failed to put it together, try 2 times and check through all the website for help but seems like I am trying to understand how it is being done.

  • Update to the latest firmware of Copter firmware 3.3.2
  • Radio Controller turn on and shows all number “0” info and only mention stabilises

I have seen folks mention about reset…but somehow i dont connect the steps in what they do…

Any help is greatly appreciated…thank you all.

Dear All,

FYI, after much finding.
I went through the whole process of of reloading the firmware 3.3.2 and also run through the frametype.
Done all the calibration and once i turn on the controller…it is reconnected.

My RC is back again! Honestly i think the Binding never work for the plus version…

Just took it to do my test flight…time now is 23:45pm (Singapore time) :wink:

Never update the firmware without saving your full parameter list first.

Thanks for your advise…

I did not save any parameters in fact :frowning: it is my 1st Pixhawk and the person whom sold it to me never mention much too…

I guess I have to start from Zero…
