Intermittent fault__servo not move after power up and self check

I recently replace the Revo FC with Pixhawk 2.4.8 (genuine). on my Align Trex 450., running AC v4.5.4 for trad heli.
An intermittent fault is, upon powering up, one servo (CH 1) does not move during self check., thus the swash is not level after self-checking is complete. Have to power up and down 2 to 3 times before things return to normal.
FYI, a servo connected to CH 1 on this FC was burned with smoke billowing. The servo now on this heli is a replacement.

Have tried to re-install the FW, but system said the latest FW is already on board. Have also tried calibrating radio. Any clue on what has gone wrong , hardware ?

Is it possible to re-map the output so the servo is connected to another channel of FC ? Thanks
