Initial Setup Support Motors Won't Spin

Hi,

I’m new to ardupilot and pixhawk, but trying to get copter 3.4 working. I’ve downloaded the firmware onto my pixhawk, and done a lot of initial setup. I’m able to arm my system, but I can’t get the motors to spin, either with the RC input or with the motor testing in mission planner. If I connect the motors separately to an ESC, receiver, and bettery, they prime correctly, so I know the motors are working. But when I connect my motors and ESCs into the Pixhawk and power it via the computer I can’t get the motors to spin. When I’m armed I get a message not sending telemetry as no current flgith ID is set.

I’m still really new to this so I may be leaving out some important information. If anyone has any advice or questions please let me know!

Why? That is very old firmware. Start with the current Stable version.
