Initial Setup / Mandatory Setup issues?

I’m using a Mac with APM 2.0 and have successfully downloaded and installed 3.2.1 on my Iris+.

When going through APM 2.0, I do not see the option to Select Initial Setup, Mandatory Setup. The only option I see is the Install Firmware and 3DR Radio option.

What am I not doing? Ideally, I’d love to use my Mac for my bird vs. Windows.
