Incomplete parameter List, APM 2.6 (MNT_TYPE)

Hello,

I was trying to make my Gimbal (Walkera G-2D) work on my copter. I’m using a APM 2.6 with the arducopter 3.3 firmware.
But it does not work, propably because i dont have the MNT_TYPE parameter in my list. Does anybody know how to complete the parameter list or can help me with my problem?

I have the same problem (plane) with apm 2.8
