IMU primary and secondary mismatch

Hi guys,

I have a huge disparity between IMU1 and IMU2. I know that they sample at different frequencies but the acceleration data should match.

My drone is a trex450 fitted with a pixhawk and arducopter 3.3.3

The small test resulted in a tail strike as the swash did an uncommanded pitch up and roll right.

I think my blades were out of problem and that did not help, but I am more concerned about the IMUs not matching. I had a big crash the other day and I am worried that the IMUs may have been damage.
