My name is Onur Ozbek. I am new to this forubum. I’ve stumbled across this post through Google search. I am trying to get involved in firmware development for lidars and I was thinking that this may be a good place to start.
@Arbutus you may be interested in https://github.com/ArduPilot/ardupilot/blob/master/Tools/scripts/tfminiplus.py which sends the commands to switch to I2C.
I think any TFMini plus should work, as long as the firmware is recent enough. We check for fw version 2.0.3.
