For ESC, no. Powered is needed when you have many DroneCan devices with high total power requirements. ESC’s are self powered.
Okay, if we started to talk about esc. I wondering that numbering of esc’s it should be number as motors number in quad yeah ? 1 CCW, 2ccw 3cw 4cw . Like this ? Like in photo quadcopter X?
