i took a quick look at that log. i‘m absolutely not familiar with qplane tuning, but i did notice you‘ve got arming checks disabled, which quite frequently is done to bypass unresolved setup / arming issues.
and i see your 24.something voltage dipping down below 15V when throttling up. no current sensor enabled, but it might add to the issue if just hovering stresses your batt to less than 2.5V per cell at times.
hopefully someone more familiar with qplane will chime in.
