I want to send basic values to pixhawk

Hello everyone! I wrote a vision tracker program in jetson nano with using OpenCV. This program also includes a pid controller. I want to send 3 basic integer output to ardupilot main code. I also wrote a basic mode in arducopter and this code needs that integer values. I couldn’t find solution how can i send that basic values and communicate this two kit. I think i need some help
