Are you using Arducopter 4.4.1 or newer?
If it stiill does not work, can you update to ArduCopter 4.5.0-DEV?

How do you have it connected? The power output port has SCA and SCL pins that the Cube doesnt have in its PowerA or PowerB ports, so you would have to disconnect and terminate those wires.
And of course connect the CAN output to the Cube CAN bus.
On the CUAV flight controller pictured in the doco, there is a particular Power port just for this type of CAN PMU.

I use Arducopter 4.4.1 now
It’s hard to update to ArduCopter 4.5.0-DEV… I think If 4.5.0 is okay, it will be work in 4.4.1

PowerA to 1,2,5,6 pin(5V,5V,GND,GND)
CAN1 to 2,3 pin(CAN High, CAN Low)
But it doesn’t work…
