flew an auto mission with huge altitude difference between baro and gps. plane used GPS instead of baro resulting in a higher flight.
witch parameter or what is the cause ?

you’ve got all arming checks disabled. chances are you armed with insufficient GPS fix. an actual flight log would help to tell.
