With the December 2013 update, we installed an extension that should make life easier for all our supporters and developers. You can now mark a topic as solved. To do this, simply go in your support question thread to the answer which solved your problem and click on “Accept this answer”.
Note: Online the original poster / topic starter and admins / moderators can mark a topic as solved.
To find all your yet unsolved topics, click on the link “View your unsolved topics” at the top of the page.
Marking topics as solved will greatly help our developers and supporters because then they can concentrate on the yet open issues! If you are a supporter yourself, simply click on “View unsolved topics” at the top of the page to see all yet unsolved topics.
