How to make MavProxy reconnect after Pixhawk reboots

Hi

I have Pixhawk connected to a PC running MavProxy via serial port (The USB one).
When I power cycle Pixhawk MavProxy looses the connection and I have to restart it manually.
Is there a way to setup MavProxy so it restarts automatically upon the connection breakdown?
