How to Hard reset Pixhawk 4? Not able to communicate with the board

Hey,

I think my USB terminal is screwed. When I connect the Pixhawk to the computer, it is not able to identify the com port. I am very sure I have the driver as the other Pixhawk 4 I have is picked up by the computer.

This is the error I see:
Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

Please advise what i can do to revive the flight controller. Will a reset work?

Thanks

Good day,
sometimes an usb cable or port can have some issues…, i suggest try i different usb cable and usb port.
in case you have damage the usb connector on your fc, if you are good in soldering you can replace it…

There’s a MissionPlanner “clean drivers” process that holds true for whatever ground station software you use.

Taken from: https://docs.cubepilot.org/user-guides/autopilot/the-cube-series-firmware-and-connection-troubleshooting

this didn’t worked for me, i got this error while cleaning driver
