The memory card is infected with a virus, and the logs cannot be written to the memory card
You will need to remove the Sd card. Although I have never heard of a virus causing a logging problem.

If it is indeed infected, just remove it and destroy it. Not worth the trouble. Get a new card. They are cheap.

A virus that runs on ChibiOs? Now that is new.
A x86 Windows virus cannot infect a ARM ChibiOs system.
The msg indicated that the log could not be written, I formatted the memory card and it was fine
I was thinking the same thing. A virus is designed for a particular operating system and if you change the storage media to another operating system the virus doesn’t work.
In short it’s not like in the movie “Indepencende Day I”.
