How to create a mission with both waypoints and flight exclusion zones?

Hello. I want to create a mission for plane in mission planner with both waypoints and flight exclusion zones. However when I switch to Fence mode the waypoints disappear and vice versa. Any suggestions would be helpful

you need to plan and upload them seperately

I tried that. When I uploaded waypoints the flight exclusion zones disappeared and when I uploaded flight exclusion zones the waypoints disappeared

It doesn’t disappear, it just exists alone.

So that means that I can’t use them together ??

Of course you can. Configure the Mission, Write it to the Autopilot, configure the Fence, Write it to the Autopilot.

Hi Dave - is there any interest/activity on the developer side to allow for creating and viewing both the grid, and the routes around the exclusion zones in MP?

Would be super useful for my Rover…cd

The official method is to use OA to automatically avoid exclusion zones during auto flights.
