How to connect Fly-Sky Receiver to Pixhawk

I have a clone of the Fly-sky FS-T6 transmitter. The receiver I’m using is the FS-R6B model. I’ve attached
a picture of the I/O’s of my receiver. The manual of the receiver says, that it uses PPM. But there is no such output pin.
Now, I don’t know if I need a PPM encoder or if I can connect the Receiver directly.
How do I connect it to Pixhawk.

@Marsstar,
Try here: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-pixhawk-wiring-and-quick-start/ or here: http://copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-pixhawk-and-px4-compatible-rc-transmitter-and-receiver-systems/

That receiver does not appear to have the option for PPM output so you’re going to need a PPM encoder to connect it to the pixhawk through the RCin port.
