How to configure MP NOT to send heartbeat?

Is it possible to configure MP to NOT send a heartbeat? I’d like to have multiple GCS connected to a vehicle, but with a “primary” and a “secondary”. I want only the “primary” to send a heartbeat, so that if THAT connection dies, the vehicle will go into failsafe mode.

Alternately, is it possible to configure the autopilot to consider one GCS ID as the primary and similarly respond if THAT one goes down?

Not sure since I wouldn’t involve windows in anything flying, but Apmplanner2 can do that.
