How to climb in Loiter ( turns or time ) Plane

Hi
So I am asking a high winger plane pusher mode.

It does a beautiful auto take off and auto land

But I am unable to make it climb from 40 meters to 400 meters while being in a loiter turn mode itself.
The purpose is the lots of hills in vicinity so I was it to climb till 400 meters and then I can put other way points to fly over hills to have a nice video.

But the plane doesn’t climb in loiter turns or loiter time mode.

Any other command that I have to use instead of loiter turn or loiter time ?

Try LOITER_TO_ALT command !
