How to change Mission Planner Look (Custom Icons and Colors)

Hi
I have recently seen a image of a custom ground control station (Image attached Below). Its quite visible that Mission Planner is modified.

Questions
1- Is this customization possible ?
2- How can we customize this
3- Does this customiztion directly applies to downloaded mission planner… Or we need to get into developer options (such as coding and compiling)
