How to change Mission Planner Look (Custom Icons and Colors)

I have recently seen a image of a custom ground control station (Image attached Below). Its quite visible that Mission Planner is modified.

Questions
1- Is this customization possible ?
2- How can we customize this
3- Does this customiztion directly applies to downloaded mission planner… Or we need to get into developer options (such as coding and compiling)

I want customize the mission planner i saw the video how to customize but after we have custom file how to start mission planner means we have exe file when we download but when we download file from git hub @Michael_Oborne
