How stop repetitive Crossfire link and telemetry rate messages on OSD

Hi, I’m new to Ardupilot.

I would dearly love to know how stop the repetitive Crossfire link + telemetry rate messages scrolling back and forth at regular intervals across my OSD.

Is it because there is a problem being detected?
