How fast are MAVLink messages forwarded?

Hi,

we are controlling a gimbal from a companion computer by using RC_CHANNELS_OVERRIDE messages and were wondering how fast those messages are forwarded to the gimbal.
Or asked differently: How fast can we send RC_CHANNELS_OVERRIDE messages before the flight controller limits the throughput?
We have a Jetson connected to a Cube Orange to which a SimpleBGC Gimbal controller is connected.

Hi @WARGRaph I’m trying to send RC_CHANNELS_OVERRIDE from a companion computer to teh gimbal connected to pixhawk. But there seems no response from the Autopilot / gimbal movement, can you provide some inputs ?

Hi, does the gimbal work if you use an actual RC-Input?
If you don’t know, try that first
