How does the relay work?

Dear all.

I made airboat with Rover 4.1.5.
I am using Pixhawk’s AUX as a relay.
I have a pump attached to it through a drive circuit.

For example, I set RC8_OPTION to 28 “Relay On/Off”.
It is working properly with RC switch.

In ,Auto mode,
after arriving at the target point by waypoint command,
DO_SET_RELAY command set relay as on.
But, sometimes it does not actually work.
Is this due to the coexistence of the relay operation with the RC?

Does onboard log mean Flash log?
Please let me know which parameters indicate RELAY in the Mission Planner’s log viewer.
