How do I resolve the error?

Hello, I am a college student in Japan.
I use Pixhawk Cube Orange.
It is mounted on a tandem rotor helicopter( Longitudinal).
MissionPlanner says “PreArm: Heli motors checks failed.”
Set CH7 and CH8 to RCPassThru to turn the rotor.
I don’t think the motor is broken.
How do I resolve this error? Thank you in advance.

You post photos and a .bin log file. Only after that can someone help you.

@R.KBT a log file would be very helpful to determine exactly what this issue is. In order to generate a log file while disarmed, you’ll have to set the log_disarmed parameter to one. Reboot the controller, and go through your attempt to arm the aircraft. Then set log_disarmed to zero. download the file from the flow controller and post it here using a link to a cloud drive like Google or OneDrive.
