How can ı upgrade 4.0 arduplane to 4.5.4 arduplane on Navio2?

Hi, ı using navio2 for my uav. I see this warning when ı open the mission planner “upgrade arduplane 4.5.4” but ı couldnt. I tried dowload firmware on mission planner but ı get this error “failed to detect port to upload to (unknown vid/pid or board string) please try disconnect/reconnect and upload while on this screen” could you help me?

I don’t depend on Mission Planner to find the right firmware. Normally I would download the .apj file for the board from the depository and use Mission Planners “load custom firmware” to flash it. Here is the depository for the Navio2 but no .apj file
