How can I setup firmware to the pixhawk with using debug port?

Hi. I can’t connect with USB port to the Flight Controller in my computer(I have tried different ones). But I can connect with debug port with USB cable and It seems “USB Port” in device management menu. So How can I setup firmware to the pixhawk with using debug port? Is it possible?

install a driver cp210x silicon labs windows driver.
