How can i match my propeller speed with throttle's value?

Hi, I want ask some question about my drone project.

I was doing my project of making hexacoptor using 2.8 flight controller.

And i’ve done making progress of arming state from disarmed state.

previously, the propeller revolved properly, when I increase throttle value.

But after several testing, the propeller rotating more faster than throttle value i input.

Although I tried modifying parameter values and reset, it didn’t work properly

anybody knows solution of this problem?

+) I did motor calibration every I turn on my drone!
