How can I formatting the TF card Using Mavlink Command?

Hello everyone
For some reason, i cannot be easily take out of TF card, so I want do that using Mavlink command,is this possible？

It isn’t supported in ArduPilot. There is apparently a command MAV_CMD_STORAGE_FORMAT (http://mavlink.org/messages/common), but it says it is a work in progress, meaning it isn’t an established message yet.
