How can I change logic level on RTS and CTS?

Hi, everyone!

I’ve started programming pixhawk not so long ago.
Now I try to connect pixhakw and other controller. To do that I need to control logic levels of RTS and CTS.
But I can’t find the pins which should do that.

If somebody knows, the names of these pins or where I can find some information about it, please be so kind and help me!
