Im making my own, different drone. My drone has three motors however they are all doing different jobs. One motor is for moving forward and backwards and the other 2 motors are used for going up and down. I was wondering if this program allows me to program the different roles for each motor in my unique drone?

Copter types that use two liftmotors are coaxcopters and bi- or dualcopters.
Arducopter only supports coaxcopters as far as I know. All those types use servos to adjust the thrust vector, be it by tilting the motors or moving controlsurfaces.
I think, you will always have one undefined axis, if you try to use three motors alone.
