Holybrow PH4-mini runs with ardupilot in plane-mode? "No Radio", "No Telemetrie"

After PX4 -Firmware tell me the message
“attitude estimator nor running - check system boot”
im confused.
So i try to load arduplane. After loading arduplane 3.9.11 i get the following:
“Detect 0 radio channels”
So i see the “RC-receiver” does not work and the “Telemetrie Radio” does also not work.

But i read, the PH4-mini sould be run with PH4 and with ardupilot.
Is there somebody has the same problem?
Bether a solution?
