Unless you’re using some cheap clone, the Pixhawk 4 (by Holybro) uses an F765. Unless you’re more specific about your use case, no one can give you a recommendation that’s worth anything.
Literally any supported autopilot will work on a “fixed wing or VTOL” platform. You’ve said nothing about vehicle size or the feature set you wish to use.
And judging a book by its cover is very poor practice. There are much more advanced autopilots with possibly higher build quality that appear as bare PCBs.
