Hi,
I think it is worth mentioning that after flushing ArduPilot-ChibiOs (FMU_V5) to Pixhawk 4, the com port of Pixhawk changes from 3 to 5. If flushed with QGC, QGC seems to listens only on com port 3 so re-connection will not happen automatically.
