@ooh84178 did you install firmware on the controller already or was that the first time that you connected to the controller. The reason for the message in your first screen shot is because you can not install firmware if you connected to the drone by clicking on that connect button in the upper right corner. To install firmware, you have to plug in the controller to the computer then go to the install firmware screen. Do not connect!
