I have mission planner 1.37 ardurover 2.41 transmitter is turnigy 9x
my rover fly modes are
manual
learning
auto
when is on auto mode rover starts and runs for a second than goes to hold and stop running.

Type of navigation controller?
GCS type and version?
ArduRover2 firmware version?
Waypoint radius?
Do you have a mission loaded?
Distance between waypoints?
Do you have a GPS lock?
Are you inside or outside?
