HM-TRP module binding but not communicating over MavLink to Flight Controller

I have 2 SiK radio based on HM-TRP module and they are able to communicate and bind to each other when powering on as I can easily see the solid green LED. But the problem is that the Telemetry unit connected to the flight controller side is not able to communicate to pixhawk as there are no red red led blinking on it.
Can anyone tyell me how to get this thing working to each other !?

  1. Do you have matching baud set up on the port?
  2. Is it wired correctly?
  3. On what is the red LED? What does it indicate?
