Hexacopter won't stay up

My project Pixhawk Hexacopter fires up fine. But after hovering about 20 seconds, it comes down. I can bring it back up, but it won’t stay up. Even full throttle doesn’t help. It’s a Thrust Problem. Can anyone help me? Thanks!

Short flight just now and new log. I just loaded the IRIS+ Parameters to the Hex and it would rise and fall. I had also re-calibrated the Radio
