I’ve a hexacopter with enough thrust to weight ratio (2.8:1), but it fails to sustain 3-4 m/s wind.
Observations :
Motors are tilted by 2-3 degrees in X axis, I was able to align those in U axis but I failed at X axis .
All motors are working on different PWM values.
Some jerks/oscillations observed visually while flying.
Looking for suggestions to make it fkt stably.
Also need guide on tuning PIDs? Will it resolve my issue or not? If yes how and if not why?
Open to discuss things in detail.

Update…!!!
Gone throughs @amilcarlucas application, its such a incredible tool, lots of learning.
Did some manual tunning and vehicle is now withstanding as per my expectations.

Can you post your ArduPilot methodic configuration vehicle directory configuration files?
Can I add them as a template to the software to help future users, like it helped you?

Surely, I need some guidance to share those files. Can you please mention which files do you need and were can find them…
When you used the ArduPilot methodic configurator software you created a directory with the name of your vehicle that contains all the files I need. Zip that directory and post it here.
