Hexacopter posture is unstable during takeoff

When taking off, the drone shook very much and lost its posture.

I have similar problems before.
What happened is due to either ESC or motor.
could be ESC not calibrated.
could be ESC is damaged
could be motor that is damaged.
At least that is what happened to me. But on your part we need to see more what is happening.

Update to latest Stable V4.1.1. It doesn’t look like you have set the Initial Tuning Parameters. Use Mission Planners Alt>A plug-in. Also, you have MOT_SPIN_ARM greater than MOT_SPIN_MIN.
