Herelink Button Problem and Video Streaming Issue

Hey everyone, I recently got a Herelink and am trying to program the A-D button with different functions. However, on the joystick programming screen, I don’t even have the option to program them (see picture).

Also, I’m using an Eken camera and have a good video stream, but every time I try to record, I lose the video stream. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thanks in advance.

i have the same problem: after upgrading my herelink i have only this simple menue.
How can i assign different functions to the buttons, like camera trigger or gimbal pitch movement?
