HereFlow step 2, crash

Hello!

Followed the guide for configuring the HereFlow sensor after having done so with another drone successfully.
Calibrated the sensors following the guide, everything OK, OF.flowX following OF.bodyX.
Guide’s First flight, according to guide, all checkings seemed OK.
Guide’s Second flight first attempt did not look amazing on first instance, needed a little bit of pilot’s feedback to control, but made a nice long stationary flight for some minutes without any feedback.
Pilot realizes that flight was not captured by video, and takes off again. when changing flight mode to loiter the dron make a violent movement, pilot tries to control back (instead to change flight mode back) and lands, but drone flips and breaks 2 props.
