Hereflow sensor

Hello, I have a pixhawk 6x flight controller mounted onto a holybro x500 v2 body frame and a hereflow optical flow sensor mounted onto the drones frame (camera facing downwards).
I have finished setting it up and did all the calibrations for the optical flow sensor, and would like to try and fly it indoors without a gps lock. However, I don’t have a RC controller and I use a telemetry radio to control the drone.

My question is how can I fly it indoors and how can I create the mission so it flies autonomously.
( I am using mission planner)
