Hello there, I’m using the Pixhawk cube orange with Here3 GPS. I’ve set the UAVCAN as top priority and began the calibration, Mag 2 is successful and Mag1 will reset at 33% and starts from the beginning. I tried it from a different version of firmware (4.3.3 and 4.2.2) as well. I started the compass calibration and mag1 finished in 2 seconds where as mag2 took it’s time as usual. I took it outside in the open and there is no GPS lock.
