Here3+ firmware not updating from mission planner

Currently my Here3+ firmware version is 1.3.4AB183F6 , i wanted to update it, but its not happening,

after this window the firmware version remains same.

what i am doing → open mission planner–> SLCAN port (not connecting)–>DroneCAN window → SLCAN Direct → menu → update and then the above shown images.

i have also saved parameters correctly in ardupilot (4.37 version) and also tried with multiple USB’s

Do you have only 1 GPS module connected to autopilot and connect the HERE3 CAN connector to the CAN 1 port?

  1. yes as the flight controller has only 1 CAN port
  2. yes, its the latest, i have downloaded it today

Please post a screen shot showing the version number of the firmware currently installed in the Here3

Recommend also a beta update of Mission Planner.

in the beta version of mission planner there is some additional option for CAN passthrough for here3+/4 . Do i need this to passthrough my here3+ or the current stable version is enough?

No. The version number for the Here3 is 1.8
The current version for the Here3+ is the 1.3 version you see in the display.

what is the latest firmware released for Here3+?? march2024
the same version 1.3.4…?

we have some issues with dual here 3+ in the same can port with splitters

Hi,
I’m also not able to passthrough to uCenter via DroneCAN GUI for Here 3+ module.
Has anyone done this before?
