set my working apm on to new frame now cant arm without usb connected arms fine when usb is connected no reports or errors but when i try arm with just the battery connected it goes though the motions arms and immediately disarms props dont even get to turn a 1/4 rotation has any one got any ideas please iam pulling teeth here lost all the hair lol

Can you provide either tlogs or data flash logs to help troubleshoot your issue?
