Help on log analisys, Helicopter crashed

Hi all,

I have a bit or rust on log analisys for helicopter. Yesterday I was going to do a routine test flight to check new battery and heli crashed just after take off due to lack of control.
it was the 6-8th flight without any single issue since “birth”. performed routine checks on swash plate and tail and everything was fine. Then armed, remove motor lock, on takeoff I had no control and heli crashed few meter away

The servo outputs all look active. Any chance of a damaged servo, stripped gear or something like that? Or bad wiring to the servos? Maybe they lost power?
