hello friends, i am new on the forum, and i have a question about gps, i am bulding a quadcopter, and i got a ardupilot(arducopter) 2.6 and i want to use a gps, but i dont know if i need a telemetry module or if the gps could work just with arducopter, thanks i hope you can help me
Not sure what you are trying to do. If you want GPS modes, loiter or auto flight you will need a GPS. You do not need telemetry unless you want to use follow me, but that would be in tablet or cell phone you are using and in this case you would need telemetry to tell your quad where the tablet is.
