Help me troubleshoot motor problem

Hello,

I went out to fly today after a bunch of successful flights with no problems one of my motors has problems in idle. It sort of jerks back and forth, until i throttle up then it works fine ( although i didnt push it).

I will disassemble the drone and try moving motors and escs around to troubleshoot, but I wonder does this behavior indicate a specific problem right away for any of the pros on here?

Either bad connection on one of the phases to the motor or bad winding in the motor. Also the ESC could have a bad phase.
