Heewing Ranger T1 VTOL falls out of the sky

I bought my son a Heewing Ranger T1 VTOL PNP with flight controller. Works in VTOL mode perfectly, when switched to fly mode it attempts to go, but it falls out of the sky uncontrollably. When we did get it up, it wouldn’t turn and it just dive bombed and crashed on top of my roof. It flew just fine 5-6 times but now it’s doing this funky stuff. Can anyone help me with what is wrong with this plane?

See if you can get the .bin log file of the last flight and post it here. You’ll need to use a google or dropbox shared drive and post a link.
